Welcome to Axial Arms. By accessing this website or purchasing any product from Axial Arms, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Axial Arms. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are legally allowed to purchase firearm components under federal, state, and local laws.
• You are not prohibited from possessing firearm components.
• You will comply with all applicable laws regarding ownership, installation, and use.

Axial Arms does not knowingly sell to prohibited persons.

2. Product Use & Safety

Axial Arms manufactures and sells firearm components, including but not limited to AR‑15 barrels and gas blocks.

All products:

• Must be installed by a qualified gunsmith or competent firearm professional.
• Must be used only in lawful, safe firearm configurations.
• Must never be modified beyond manufacturer specifications.
• Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, or negligent handling may result in serious injury or death.

Axial Arms is not responsible for damages resulting from:

• Improper installation
• Incorrect torque or assembly
• Incompatible parts
• Use of incorrect or overpressured ammunition
• Alterations made after purchase

3. Compliance With Laws

It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all federal, state, and local firearm regulations.Axial Arms does not provide legal advice regarding firearm laws. By purchasing, you confirm compliance with all applicable regulations in your jurisdiction. The customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Axial Arms LLC and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or legal action or consequenses arising from the customer's purchase, ownership, possession, or use of any item purchasesd from Axial Arms LLC. Failure to follow any law can result in sever legal penalties. If you are unsure consult a qualified legal expert and or law enforcement before making a purchase or taking possession of any item manufactured or sold by Axial Arms LLC.

• Alaska residents must contact info@axialarms.com to arrange shipping
• California residents must ship all items to a registered Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer

4. Orders & Payment

All payments are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice

Payments are processed securely through a third party. By submitting payment information:

• You authorize Axial Arms to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.
• You agree that payment processing services are provided by a third party and are subject to Axial Arms LLC terms and privacy policies.
• Axial Arms does not store full credit card numbers. Payment data is transmitted securely to a third party.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
• Limit quantities
• Refuse service where permitted by law

Orders may be canceled if fraud, payment disputes, or legal restrictions are suspected.

5. Shipping

We ship only to jurisdictions where our products are lawful.

• Many components are custom manufactured and may require additional production time before shipment.
• Estimated shipping timelines are not guarantees.
• Firearms are only shipped to registered Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealers. Shipping address must match registered FFL dealer.
• Firearms and third party items cannot be shipped to a Post Office Box.

Axial Arms is not responsible for:

• Carrier delays
• Packages lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation.

6. Returns & Refunds

Return Policy (30 Days)

Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for return:

• Item must be new, unused, and unmodified
• Item must be in original condition
• Item must not show signs of installation

Customers must contact Axial Arms for return authorization prior to shipping items back.

Shipping costs are not covered by Axial Arms LLC and are non‑refundable.

Refunds

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item
• Processing time may take several business days depending on payment provider

Custom-made or special-order items may be non-refundable unless defective.

7. Limitation of Liability

Axial Arms products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation
• Wear and tear
• Corrosion due to neglect
• Damage from overpressure ammunition
• Cosmetic damage
• Unauthorized modifications

Warranty claims require proof of purchase.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axial Arms shall not be liable for:

Firearm assembly and use inherently involve risk. By purchasing from Axial Arms, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, product designs, and text are the property of Axial Arms and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Oklahoma.
